Winston is the most experienced engineer manager I've been worked with for 8-years PM experience. He always goes into techincal issues in great details and provide systematic analysis for issue solving or peformance improvement. Also he had very good knowledge on rest different functions which may impact the design (i.e. manufacturing constraint) and provide the best solution to meet requirement. It is my honer to work with him.

As the Sales Manager for a major account, I was part of Delta's global support team for this customer. Winston Chang and his Engineering Team demonstrated a thorough understanding of power conversion technology and customer system requirements on multiple projects. Winston was an effective Engineering Team manager as well as effective communicator in our meetings and communications with key customers. Winston and his Team consistently met customer technical requirements and project development milestone schedules. I highly recommend Winston for opportunities in Engineering Management.
