Including retention of residents graduating from our CHRISTUS Spohn Family Medicine Residency (25% in 2022 and 42% in 2023) • Increased wRVU productivity by 110% by establishing goals in line with MGMA standards • Operational accountability for the Nueces County indigent care program. Our dedicated team reduced monthly ED visits by 33% for patients enrolled in the program • Improved top box patient experience scores from 77.4% in 2021 to 88.6% in 2023 • Implemented EPIC EMR over a two year period • Enhanced financial outcomes each year through increased revenue and reduced expenses.
