iBuddy+ is an organization under BINUS International Office built to maintain the engagement between BINUS, BINUS local students, and BINUS international exchange students who come from various countries; Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Brunei, Germany, Italy, Hungary, etc. Event Specialist responsibilities: • Introducing Indonesian culture through various internal and external events to the international students. • Working on the: (1) Pre-event: Preparing and deciding the PIC for each position in the events, the logistics needed, the rundown and timeline of the event, and doing the airport pick up for this season’s exchange students arrival, also sending a reminder to the other iBuddy+ and international students to attend the event, etc. (2) Event: Being a PIC of a position in the event, ex: undergraduate exchange students airport pick-up PIC and orientation day registration PIC. (3) Post-event: Compiling documentations taken into a file to hand it to the communication division, Doing an event evaluation and giving a gratitude to the all of the staffs who have participated the event.
