When I first work with Winnie, she was our internship, assisting administration work for merchandising team. She was diligent, organized and a quick learner at that time. She would explore new ideas, software or ways to enhance her efficiency, which I appreciate much as a fresh graduate. She joined us later on as merchandising executive, managed L’Oreal cosmetic overall brand merchandising, delivered creative and elegant Parisian image to the brand with 150+ point of sales. She had good problem solving skills, managed well not only everyday operation, but also maximize her deliveries with the budget assigned. Winnie was a good team player, always cheerful and willing to support others when needed. It was a great pleasure during the time I worked with her, and I would recommend her for any position on visual merchandising.
