I provided the company's rules of world-class customer service to each passenger and to make their "first stop or last stop of their trip" more joyful and complete. I constantly provided accurate information about local regulations to thousands of customers in a fast-paced environment to ensure their purchase falls under regulations in their stops. I also have the willingness and enthusiasm to learn new products knowledge by actively attending training to improve my skills and maximise my sales. In addition, I was required to work in a 24/7 roster and operate in different departments. I adapted to the changes quickly and smoothly. Regardless of which section and roster I was assigned to, I continuously completed tasks as well as working with different teams together to push the store sales.

In order to assist each customer in finding their desired products, I established an effective and professional way to communicate with different customers and understand what they were looking for. It allowed me to present and promote the best product information to each customer while maximising sales and KPIs. Moreover, I worked with people both in a team and autonomously, depending on the roster. Regardless of whom I was rostered with, I was able to prioritise work tasks and corporate with my teammates to manage our time. I successfully became one of the top sales consultants.

Resident Advisor

As a Resident Advisor (RA), I actively engaged as a model citizen to celebrate and facilitate a friendly, respectful environment for all residents and the RA team. I provided welcoming, open-minded and hosted respectful services to make them feel welcome to be a part of the community. I would regularly write up reports on residents' well-being and issues, along with planning and running events in the Residential Support Team to ensure every resident was settled in a new environment while regularly hosting well-organized events to upkeep the social interaction in the Residential Hall. Moreover, I have collaborated and autonomously organised and led events, workshops and campaigns for all residents to know more about diversity as well as facilitating social interactions, acceptance and tolerance among residents and the RA team. Through those events, I successfully established respectful communication with the residents and the teams, and exchanged our knowledge, culture, background to each other as well as expanding my horizon and network.
