Employed as an assistant project manager under the Shimizu International division, and having the great experience of working with a multi-national team to participate in mega projects design & built tender such as Merdeka PNB118, Jewel @ Changi Airport, Mapletree Business-City II, Changi Airport Terminal 5. Subsequently posted to Jakarta, Indonesia to prepare and submit the bid for design & built contract for the proposed construction of ASTRA Tower Mixed Development (a 50-storey office tower + 6-storey commercial podium & 6-level basement car park). With excellent value engineering solutions, fast tracked delivery programme and good negotiations, the project team eventually won the tender with a local JV partner and formed STJO for the construction of the building. One of the main achievement was the completion of 6-level basement excavation (25m in depth) in record speed of 5 months, completing the 120,000 cubic meter of execavation. Show less

The main highlight and achievement for the project team was the complete construction of 16 block campus in 18 months with a large site of 10.61 hectares and a total gross floor area of 192,820 square meters.
