  Here I am priveledged to contribute to the society by looking after the medical needs of senior defence vetrans of the armed Forces & their families. I see 75 - 100 patients daily & treat these patients with a Holistic approach of fitness, exercise, yoga, accupressure, dietary advise, naturopathy while prescribing the necessary allopathic medication along with regular monitoring. Satisfied to say that I have seen 100- 150,000 patients in the last 2 & 1/2 years & not only put smiles on their face but also, earned their confidance as their preferred Doctor at ECHS. Simultaneously, I have also been contributing as Sr. Doctor in all administrative matters viz; as an advisor in perspective planning & Hospital Administration of the ECHS polyclinic which is responsible for 26000 dependent families, mostly senior citizens.   I have been a Senior Medical Officer with the Indian Air Force for nearly Two &half decades where I served the Indian Army as well as the IAF, both in India as well as abroad ( while on deputation on behalf of Govt of India to the Min of Defense Sultanate of Oman). I was also a keen sportsman & played many games at the services & National Level (including Adventure sports). Therefore I was specially selected & trained in Sports Medicine where I was selected as Doctor / physio/ scientific trainer for various National teams : Indian Hockey, Indian Boxing, Kabbadi, Handball, Marathon, Athletics, shooting etc; Did scientific research work in sports medicine & sports injuries/ rehabilitation, Sports Training etc & represented the Services & the Country on many National & International events. As regards Aviation Medicine, Had the privilege of being SMO (Senior Medical Officer) of fighter flying Stations & Flying Trg Academy & won 7 awards as best SMO. Learned the art of Alternative Therapies viz; Yoga, Pranayams, Meditation, Nutrition. Now, post retirement, I practise a Holistic approach towards treatment to my patients by giving them a combination of Minimum allopathy , More of Naturopathy & Advocate the Mantra of Fitness & Preventive Health care. I enjoy taking Lectures, & conducting Training classes -Teaching about fitness techniques while Improving their Health & stamina, De stressing , Giving Nutritional guidelines, while advocating Alternative therapies to the next gen of the Corporate world & general public.
