Tony provided an outstanding opportunity for our small nonprofit organization, the Hope Council on Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse, to do a fun communication activity while learning about ourselves and one another! At no cost, he walked nine of our ten employees through an exercise, getting us up and moving around, and, more importantly, teaching us how important asking questions is and teaching us how important asking GOOD questions is. When the exercise was over the real work began: Tony walked us through our communication strengths and pitfalls, all while respecting our differences and different styles. He taught us about one another and then made sure we also learned about ourselves, all with great personality and humor. We so appreciate Tony making himself available to us. As a tiny nonprofit we don’t have a lot of money for staff development, but our issues are the same as all other workplaces: conflict, poor communication, stressors. Thanks to Tony, having this opportunity for staff development gave us the chance to do better work for our clients and our community.

I have always been impressed with Tony’s ability to connect with people, young or old Tony is able to consistently communicate effectively with his audience in the Challenge Course industry. He is a master of designing programs to address the specific goals of each client, and is willing to put in the work ahead of time in order to offer a seamless flow of educational activities for his groups. I have known and worked with Tony for 10 years and @ 4 different Experiential Education (Ropes Courses) have asked him to join my own staff here @ the Madison college Challenge course as well as working for me in my own consulting business Incorporating the Invisible. He brings an enthusiasm for his work and a desire to help others develop their own communicative skills, He is a real asset to both the clients and fellow staff members he works with.
