Align fiscal strategies with organization mission, objectives, and yearly goals. • Improve consistency throughout the planning, budgeting, reporting and analyses processes; oversee long-term budgetary planning alignment with organization’s strategic plan. • Assist in formulating long - range plans and policy statements for Board approval. • Identify the actions that will best increase internal controls and organizational efficiencies; • Create and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to CEO, finance committee and the Board incorporating budget analysis and variance. • Manage daily accounting, payroll, banking, investments, and cash flows. Oversee Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care billing and maximize revenue. • Monitor restricted and temporarily restricted grant programs, maintain a schedule of reporting deadlines, and assist in the preparation of interim reports and final reports. • Negotiate contracts with NY State, City and Federal agencies and ensure compliances.
