  Ensure K-teg maintains a consistent trajectory of growth, while avoiding obstacles that arise from a fast-pace changing business environment. Lead the daily manufacturing operations and make sure to comply with the overall strategy of the company. Contribute to the company’s overall profitability and drive transformation. Take decisions regarding the availability and reliability of inputs needed during the manufacturing processes of different product lines. Responsible for selection and evaluation of raw materials, related costs, purchase and inventory/warehouse. Improve purchasing conditions with preferred suppliers/vendors. Find the right balance between fully-owned production and contractor services. Architect of the production layout: manage the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment and make sure they are properly operated by the personnel responsible. Assign, direct, and evaluate employees in their work station. Evaluate historic performance data to search for process optimization. Put together forecast needs and production scheduling, demand and capacity planning. Generate plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Manage supplier relationships, contribute to improve customer KPI’s and performance. Evaluate impact of decisions on both inside and outside stakeholders. Lead continuous quality improvements that introduce changes to supply-chain dynamics to improve collaboration with customers and suppliers. Direct, evaluate, and confirm product design and changes. Implement policies, standards, and procedures for the product development and technical work performed in K-teg. Supervise the development and maintenance of packaging designs and making sure it complies with K-teg’s manufacturing capabilities. Examine the technology and organizational resources and the demands of the market to set out K-teg’s overall strategy. Show less
