I had the pleasure of working for/with Greg Wilson during a recent PeopleSoft HCM upgrade for a major city in the USA. This engagement immediately followed the PeopleSoft financials upgrade for this client. To add to this complexity, we discovered that the HCM implementation partner seemed to lack the expertise necessary to successfully implement PeopleSoft in this environment leaving the client with numerous work arounds. Greg managed both the Financial and HCM upgrades. Greg handled himself and his teams in a professional manner and, at the end of the project, the client believed that we had delivered real value for the money that they had spent.
