Greg Wilson is one of the hardest working people I know. He makes it a point to treat his employees like he would like to be treated. He gives praise and words of encouragement. In a tight economy where large salary increases and financial benefits are tight, he is the type of manager that will retain employees by taking care of them in positive ways that coincides, and adhere to the boundaries of company policy. In a field where competition is very strong Greg Wilson brings a much needed asset to companies in his ability to retain exceptional employees and help mentor them in their skill sets and growth. I would recommend Greg, and be happy to work for him at any time.

I had the pleasure of working for/with Greg Wilson during a recent PeopleSoft HCM upgrade for a major city in the USA. This engagement immediately followed the PeopleSoft financials upgrade for this client. To add to this complexity, we discovered that the HCM implementation partner seemed to lack the expertise necessary to successfully implement PeopleSoft in this environment leaving the client with numerous work arounds. Greg managed both the Financial and HCM upgrades. Greg handled himself and his teams in a professional manner and, at the end of the project, the client believed that we had delivered real value for the money that they had spent. I know that Greg was a huge help to me on this project and we would not have been successful without his efforts.
