Working with ~70 athletes ages 9-12 on skill development and preparedness for competition. Planning seven practices a week (four for Age Group Bronze; three for Prep) and working with assistant coaches to implement those practices. We use TeamUnify and related apps to take attendance, log workouts, complete and send meet entries, and send both group and individual emails out to parent groups. I also write copy for the team newsletters and serve as an assistant coach for 8 & under coaches and for Age Groups Gold and Silver. Show less
