As a senior staff member, I worked with other employees to train them and teach them safety procedures as well other skills as part of the staff training program. As the Archery Supervisor, I was in charge of managing and maintaining archery equipment, as well as teaching staff and campers proper safety and skills to effectively shoot bows and care for the equipment. I worked with agile methodologies and with Jira as my primary task management system, and worked as assistant to the engineers and designers for rapid prototyping and design.
