Key Accomplishments • Completed several mandatory government classes such as Information Awareness, Security, PII Training, Records Management. • Sorted and cataloged 12,000 engineering drawings onto Excel, disposed of duplicate copies • Attached 4,000 technical reports to the AIM (Asset Information Management) database. • Uploaded 100 technical directives to NATEC website for publishing. • Shipped a total of 606 boxes of technical reports to NATEC(Naval Air Technical Engineering Command) for repository at San Diego, CA. • Reduced the library footprint by two-thirds done by the M and T contractor team. • With a team of four government contractors, successfully scanned and digitized 15,000 technical reports, cataloged and archived engineering drawings on Excel, removed all publications (technical directives, and service bulletins) from binders to be placed in boxes to be shipped to NATEC(Naval Air Technical Engineering Command) Show less
