I was responsible for the complete re branding of our business across both countries from Sport4kids to Proactiv Sports as we expanded into the adult market. In August 2019 we expanded to Malaysia and to the Philippines in January 2020. Currently I'm responsible for over 80 staff members and we have over 5000 students in our programs every week! Due to the experience, knowledge I had gained and the process we had implemented, everything was much smoother and the business developed at a faster pace. Main roles of this job were initially Business development, administration, marketing and recruitment. It then moved into a more management and strategy.

  Hong Kong I founded this company from ground zero with limited resources or knowledge on how to run a business. Through passion, hard work, determination and my fair share of mistakes, we made it work. Like any startup founder, I was involved in every aspects of the business. Sales, marketing, accounting, administration, and everything and anything that was required! I built the business to over 1000 kids per week, in 25 international & local schools and sports clubs.
