Once the boxes would get high enough we would call the forklift driver to come and pick it up to put in another truck. After a week of doing that my manager saw my potential and put into labeling where I quickly learned and did that for about another week. After that, he asked me if I was comfortable with training to be an order puller and i said yes. I learned how to work the man lift in two days and started pulling orders the following week.
