Including spontaneously getting stuck in the mud in isolated locations and pushing the vehicle out. - Developed a thorough and communicable understanding of the entire festival grounds to quickly navigate and answer any questions from volunteers or festival staff. - Used the C'roo management system to check in/check out volunteers, activate/deactivate their credentials. - Utilized the “two-way radio” zones/channels to communicate efficiently with any department and report emergencies or resolve problems. - Effectively communicated the festival cancellation to the volunteers on-site, including the evacuation plans and answering any questions. All the while alleviating panic, resolving problems, and maintaining a calm general on-site mentality. - Maintained a focused and professional demeanor during the 10+ hour work days as well as under both inclement and hot weather conditions, and during the festival cancellation.
