San Remo, Liguria, Italy My position as a bartender in the 21 Bistrot was outstanding, profesionally speaking. Literally the busiest bar in down-town. The cocktail bar where fast service and quality cocktails are connected perfectly. I learnt how to work faster and more precise. Riva Ligure, Liguria, Italy After the difficult period of the corona virus I was finally back in the hospitality. In Oste`Ria La Piazza I Iearnt to work in a family businuess reality and in a small village which is Pompeiana. It was just great. I met many important people over there. I made my first own cocktail list and it was amazing to see the reaction of the people I mean, how they liked to try new cocktail with home-made ingredients and how they left verbal reviews about it too.
