Cut product time-to-market to 6 months from more than a 1 year by restructuring design organization into focused market groups. Authored a proposal and secured approval from John Deere to design and manufacture the 1st CAN-based combine electrical system in South America; resulted in a $10 million dollar manufacturing contract. Orchestrated the redesign of 6 different automotive products that were experiencing field failures due to problems such as electro-magnetic interference, 60 volt load dump, electro-static discharge, and poor noise immunity.
