While I was there I built out and documented html bootstrap website operating within WordPress. I created polls for customers to create the most convenient UX for third party registration software reducing website related calls by ~80% as well as increasing accessibility to joining moderated chatrooms. I also managed and maintained website to reflect the business changes to product and services.

I assisted with the growth in sales in 2022 by organizing the floor space to suit demand, streamlining workflow and staffing, and educating staff on product. I would also operate as a key holder and Manager On-Duty, closed and opened store weekly and maintained positive customer relations and identified VIP buyers.

  Iowa City, Iowa, United States I worked for Senior Software Engineer on Breathalyzer Ignition Interlock Device (BAIID) helping refactor the codebase to create an automated test software system for the product. While doing so I implemented technologies using C++ in embedded automotive control systems, which included unit testing, integration testing and compliance tests for certification with state agencies.
