My years of experience are put to work for you because I take a consultative, value-added approach to structure a customized financing package to fit the unique needs of each business. • We have earned Nationwide SBA Preferred Lender status. • Financing available for all restaurant (franchise and non-franchise) as well as franchise concepts from most industry types including (but not limited to) hotels, day care, automotive, and more. • Our common sense underwriting focuses primarily on historical and projected cash flow. • We offer highly competitive financing packages including long, fully amortizing repayment terms. • In select refinance and/or expansion projects we will consider the borrower’s equity position in the existing collateral which may result in zero additional cash injection on the new project. • Offering loans up to $5,000,000. • Financing is available for: Commercial real estate acquisition, new construction, renovation/remodel/reimage/relocation, business expansion or acquisition, start-up financing/new stores, leasehold improvements, debt refinance, purchase of equipment or inventory, partner buyout, development/conversion, and/or working capital.
