  Responsibilities were to carry out PPM and reactive works in several different roles on various contracts. As an on-site engineer at RAL, carried out PPM and reactive tasks. Due to the nature of the work being carried out at RAL, it was essential that the plant was maintained. Ensured that the back-up systems worked to prevent disruption to the running of the critical systems. Also carried out other routine tasks around the building, such as replacing lamps, unblocking pipes etc. Worked in a small team to carry out gutter clearing and maintenance at numerous sites owned by Surrey Council. This ranged from tied houses to Civic Offices. Carried out mainly PPM on air conditioning/refrigeration units at different locations. Successfully ran the PV contract to install PV units on domestic properties for a Housing Association. Ran the stores for all the necessary equipment required. Made-up the PV boards and prepared the pack of materials for each property. This was then issued to the fitters to install. This required excellent organisational skills to ensure that each pack was made-up and issued correctly.
