I attended meetings and represent the mental health intelligence network in our wider public health organisation and teaching sessions. We produced a website and online resources to train other analysts. https://fingertips.phe.org.uk/profile-group/mental-health I taught other analysts how to use ARC GIS to produce maps of health data for clinicians to plan their resources. I also mentored new starters or poorly performing staff in to the organisation to help them become more effective in the workplace. I also used coding to interrogate SQL, R and MS excel to analyse health data to produce trend analysis to try and predict where resources will have to be allocated. I also authored technical documents about health data that is presented at external or internal meetings. Show less
