Ensured standardization of training and performance. - Led the transformation of Navy Recruiting by developing and implementing process efficiency improvements. Re-designed the operating procedures for assessing team members with a focus on improving the processing of paperwork, identifying needed Key Performance Indicators (KPI), shortages, and bottlenecks, improving overall processing procedure times by 48% to meet all assigned company-wide goals.
