In addition to the PRS portfolio, Sigma is engaged in large scale urban regeneration through its partnerships with Liverpool and Salford Councils encompassing residential and commercial development. My role at Sigma encompasses site assessment and investment analysis of each development proposal, legal and property due diligence and acquisition of sites for our PRS housing developments. Experience in house building enables me to assess in detail all, planning and technical aspects of development sites and to advise on a strategy to refine or completely revise a consent, ensuring that the optimum development proposal is progressed. I am also able to utilise skills such as the financial appraisal of development proposals and an in-depth understanding of the market for land and new homes in formulating potential exit strategies for assets.
