Offer phone, Internet, and in person support for all products. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment down to PC board level. Work with company representatives around the world regarding development and support of products. Manage and execute parts orders with dealers, distributors, and end users including warranty requests for the above mentioned brands via email and phone. As Primary Technical Support Specialist, duties also include; working with customers, repair centers, dealers, rental houses, and touring groups over the phone, email, and in person responding quickly to a high volume of both calls and emails that need to be prioritized and executed in a timely fashion. Technical support requests range from basic operational questions to providing support for in field PC board level repairs. These repairs are made by first discerning the most cost effective way to keep the product up and running. This may involve swapping out a part on the unit to limit downtime, having the unit sent in for repair, or flying to the location to perform the repair in person, onsite. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority! Above all, I am a brand ambassador as one of four people responsible for post-sales support as the face of the company. When meeting with a client for repair, service, or even for fun, I put the brand message first. As the newest member of the team, I am already entrusted to work with high profile clients such as: Clair Brothers, the UFC, Auburn University, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, ESPN, and the bands: Clutch, Mastodon, Foo Fighters, 30 Seconds to Mars, Kings of Leon, The Doobie Brothers, Metallica, and countless others.
