My responsibilities at Donghua could be divided into four basic categories: NetSuite database administrator, Project manager, Engineering technical support, and Employee training, as follows: Project manager for the bid solicitation, vendor selection, procurement & installation of equipment. The projects involved all facets of production and testing at our Carol Stream facility. (Testing lab, warehouse & assembly) Engineering Technical Support. I provided technical assistance with product specifications to insure that customers requirements matched our standard and custom products. This involved the analysis of customer provided samples and documentation, interaction with manufacturing engineers in China, and the creation of all technical documentation needed to communicate critical information between involved parties. Employee Training. I set up and conducted training sessions for all sales representatives and company employees, in order to establish standard operating procedures and uniform knowledge bases. These classes were held both over the internet and in our in house training facility. NetSuite Office Integration Software Administrator. I am the network administrator for the companies web based accounting, CRM, Inventory and fulfillment system. My responsibilities at Allied-Locke could be divided into three basic categories: research and development, engineering customer support, and employee training, as follows: Research and Development. My position allowed me to be involved in many different aspects of industrial design ranging from individual products to post production consumer maintenance tools. My responsibilities included design of large scale industrial tools, stamping, forming and punching dies, jigs and fixtures, maintenance and programming of Mitsubishi industrial robots . My design work included the use of AutoCAD 2009 for 2D drawings, AutoCAD Inventor for 3D models and finite ele-ment analysis. Engineering Customer Support. I provided technical assistance with product specifications and design of customer applications, including: apron conveyors, drag conveyors, bucket elevators and power transfer systems. I was also responsible for creating graphic illustrations, posters and sales presentations. Employee Training.
