Mr. Fogle is a Certified Construction Manager and was the responsible party for a Building Construction Contractors License for VCI, LLC. He has 30+ years experience in leading and solving complex problems for the Army and in Private Industry. A retired U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lieutenant Colonel with a broad range of experience in construction, geospatial, Civil Works and combat engineering. Numerous positions of increased responsibilities culminating as a battalion commander. Bill was hired by PBSJ and began work with the Everglades Restoration as a Senior Project Manager then promoted to Deputy Program Manager. During his tenure he became the first Chief of Staff for the Hurricane Protection Office in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. In 2008 he had an opportunity to began a Program, Project and Construction Management Company and took it. 10 years later VCI, LLC a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business has over 70 employees working across the United States. The important point that keeps Bill grounded is a saying, "Always remember where you came from" A great full faith filled man with a lot to be thankful for.
