Mr. Fogle is a Certified Construction Manager and was the responsible party for a Building Construction Contractors License for VCI, LLC. He has 30+ years experience in leading and solving complex problems for the Army and in Private Industry. A retired U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lieutenant Colonel with a broad range of experience in construction, geospatial, Civil Works and combat engineering. Numerous positions of increased responsibilities culminating as a battalion commander. Bill was hired by PBSJ and began work with the Everglades Restoration as a Senior Project Manager then promoted to Deputy Program Manager. During his tenure he became the first Chief of Staff for the Hurricane Protection Office in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. In 2008 he had an opportunity to began a Program, Project and Construction Management Company and took it. 10 years later VCI, LLC a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business has over 70 employees working across the United States. The important point that keeps Bill grounded is a saying, "Always remember where you came from" A great full faith filled man with a lot to be thankful for.

Served as senior project manager and projects team leader for the $7.9 billion Everglades Restoration in South Florida. As a senior consultant responsible for all support to the client the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Responsible for a team of highly motivated professional project managers who support the client day in and day out. This success lead to the promotion as deputy program manager for the Everglades Partners Joint Venture, a 15 year program for direct consulting support to the Evergaldes Program.

Battalion Commander, 1st Battalion 345th Regiment, 87th Division (TSD)

Commander of a training support battalion responsible for training over 2,500 reserve and national guard engineers for deployment to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo. Provide leadership and mentorship to the deploying battalion headquarters, staff and senior leaders. Leader of a battalion's worth of senior cadre responsible for all facets of engineer training, demolitions, planning, live fire exercises, lane training, and battalion level external evaluations. Responsible for the morale, welfare, discipline and training of the entire battalion worth of assets; responsible for $3 million worth of equiupment and resources.
