Jan 2000 - Present
I joined Presidential Bank in January of 2000 as a Regional Vice President to grow the retail presence for the mortgage banking division. I have been fortunate enough to have grown the retail mortgage banking operation to include branches in Beltsville, Columbia, Crofton and Southern Maryland. All total production has exceeded One Billion Dollars and counting. While pursuing the growth of our retail presence I wrote and published a book on Mortgage Banking while developing and teaching a mortgage banking course at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. During my tenure with Presidential coupled with my stint with North American Mortgage Company my personal production has exceeded $700,000,000. over the last 30 years. Show less

Regional Vice President

Mar 1984 - Jan 2000
I joined Perpetual Mortgage in 1984 after a brief stint with Colonial Mortgage. I become the number one producer in the company for 1984. Shortly thereafter I was promoted to Vice President and continued producing loans. In the spring of 1985 I opened a branch in Greenbelt Maryland that I ran for 16 years. While running the Greenbelt branch we expanded into several areas and I was promoted to Regional Vice President. I ran several branches with over 100 personnel all the while continuing to produce loans. In 1992 North American Mortgage purchased Perpetual and we continued on until my departure in 2000. I have been with 2 companies in the last 30 years. Show less
