My everyday tasks are to liaise with; landowners and stakeholders (Natural England & Environment Agency & Planning department), operatives delivering specific site based works, European Partners to develop projects, studies and joint working. The project is focussed on transnational cooperation and knowledge sharing, I am required to cascade this knowledge, progress and development of specific projects to the project team and the partnership. Working on a project funded by the Regional Development Fund requires that excellent records are maintained in relation to the financial management as well as the activities, pilots and trails, to comply with the complex audits. As project manager I am also responsible for the individual activity, pilot and trail preparation, development, monitoring and reporting. The Broads Authority has carried out several trails in the field of dredging, treatment and reuse of sediment. As part of these individual projects, environmental impact assessments, risk assessments and cost benefit analysis were carried out. Show less
