Bill is an excellent Manager - Application Development and has worked for me for 3 years. He and his team were in charge of custom development for our Customer Portal, data warehouse and some other custom applications and continuously knocked it out of the park. When we both took over the Customer Portal, it would go down constantly and Bill led the effort to stabilize the application and to put in several enhancements to ensure availability. Additionally, Bill was available day and night to troubleshoot issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. In his work with the data warehouse, Bill led the design of solving various business problems with custom integration, calculations and reporting.
