  With Access To Care Act becoming more and more a reality, DuPage County Health Department in Conjunction Cadence Health, and other community agencies will be providing assistance to individual who do not have Medical Home for their Health Care and to assist in accessing the Market Place for health insurance for those who qualify. Starting October 1, 2014, the Engage DuPage Program of the health department started providing services with in the Advocate system at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Downers Grove. This Is a position accounting for 80% or more of my time with the department. At the same time, I continue to provide leadership for HIV prevention services including Counseling Testing and Referral services, Partner Services to persons newly diagnosed with HIV or living with HIV that wish to access our services and Linkage to Care Services in conjunction with Illinois Department of Public Health. I also provide counseling services to persons in STD Clinics. I am a member of the team of employees providing Direct Observation Therapy to persons being treated for Active TB. Show less
