In my many years working with Will, I have always seen him to go above and beyond to overdeliver. Will brings his ability to think creatively, navigate challenges, and pursue goals with tenacity and dedication to everything he does. I've seen Will move through various roles at GlySens, bringing his unique talents to excel in all of them. He is a talented electrical engineer who helped build out many of the critical components of the long term implantable glucose sensor. He was also effective as a leader of a small manufacturing team building implants for human clinical trials. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with him on sensor development efforts where he served as Engineering Manager providing junior engineers with direction and helping them navigate challenges. Will is very detail oriented while never losing sight of the larger goals and milestones. He is often the first to identify and reconcile conflicts and faults in engineering designs, schedules, and tactics. Dynamic and quick to adapt to changing priorities, shifts in direction, and unexpected challenges, Will possesses all the critical qualities necessary for success in a fast-paced technology company. He would be a great asset to any company lucky enough to have him.

I have considerably enjoyed working with Will for 18 years in a small company R&D environment, that grew from 10 to 30+ people, through various roles and multiple generations of product development from early concept to preclinical studies and clinical trials. He is highly reliable, dedicated, and attentive in his approaches as a manager, engineer, and colleague. Will has taken on a broad range of demands including systems, electrical, mechanical, test, and manufacturing. Very versatile, hands-on, adapts quickly, and takes on challenges with enthusiasm and positivity. Has managed complex concurrent technical programs in the laboratory, in testing, and in manufacturing. Has impressive self-motivation to make sure things go well by supervising and proactively improving workflow communication, efficiency, and capacity. A valuable part of the team who also execute independently.
