自1993-03起1996-09止 昆山华弼(HuaBi)公司工作职掌: International Sourcing manager• 国内大客户销售管理 • 国内外新客户发掘推广• 国外新供货商发掘推广工作贡献:• 新市场及新产品的开发:在一九九零年代初期,个人为家族企业之一的昆山华弼公司在澳开发与拓展所需之货源供应厂商,以避开竞争日趋激烈的美、日市场。个人在此时期负责的事务,主要在确保货源的稳定、货品的鉴定及价格的估算、货柜运期的排定和其他相关事务的统一协调工作等。另一项工作经验为出任慈香实业驻澳务采购专员,此时所负责的部份为出口澳洲所生产之海鲜食品、果汁及牛肉到台湾等事宜。此工作的主要经验获得是在于对生鲜食品出口之时效控制及对市场的消费分析。

As the supply of scraps were less and less in the States and Japanese markets, in order to ensure the supply of scraps should be maintained above certain level and secure competitive advantages in Chinese market, it would be important to develop a new material supply channel in South-East Asia region, in particular, in countries like Australia and New Zealand.
