  After the capture of Jessica Lynch and some of the Maintenance Soldiers she fought with in Iraq in 2003, the US Army demanded additional tactical training for its Maintenance Mechanics coming fresh out of Maintenance school and heading right into the theatre of operations. As a Combat Veteran Marine, I was able to teach how to patrol on foot and by vehicle, how to safely recover vehicles in a hostile environment, and defeat enemy tactics and procedures in order to stay alive in a combat zone by employing the most current US tactics.
