      In 2012 I identified a market opportunity and structured the Business Plan for the operation of a Startup in the Information Security market, including fundraising and construction of the marketing and operation strategy focused on the Brazilian market. I participated in the entire pre-operation process and after the company started operating I started the construction of the company's internal areas: Commercial, Operations, Delivery, Finance and Marketing. Initially accumulating the entire business and financial area, I built the initial processes that made it possible for e-Safer to establish itself in the market with significant growth year after year. With the growth of the company, I restructured the internal areas dividing the attributions and forming new leaders for each area, with me still the commercial leadership and the area of new business development. In 2014 with the company already in full operation, I developed a new business unit focused on Digital Transformation, was born our 1st product within this new business line: The Secure Shipping, today an OmniChannel digital communication platform with legal value. Currently this unit has 2 more products developed by e-Safer, HubDigital and Assinae, both developed under my leadership. During the last years I have led the creation of new business and revenue lines within each of these 2 units, opening new customers with products and services, adding revenue and operating margin and strengthening the e-Safer brand within our customers. Having conquered over the last 09 years more than 100 corporate customers for our portfolio and a revenue revenue that has grown on average 50% in the last 5 years. Building strategic partnerships and reliable long-term relationships, I built a valuable ecosystem of technological, commercial and strategic partners, which enabled an acceleration in the company's growth and strengthening of its brand in the market.
