As the President of FoME I manage all affairs of QUT's medical engineering society while empowering 16 executive members, overseeing 4+ committee teams, and advocating for 120+ students. I work and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders to set timelines, delegate tasks, managing a 10K budget, completing risk assessments, planning and executing projects that enhance the undergraduate engineering experience.

Working part of the Technical Services and Space - QUT Engineering Precinct team. I provide technical solutions involving the design, prototyping and delivery of products for a diverse range of university clients. In addition, I facilitate 3D printing labs, research spaces and the Launchpad engineering fabrication facility, as well as provide supervision to both student, and academic research projects. Social Events Coordinator

In EWB I direct the promotions, logistics, and implementation of social events for Engineers Without Borders QUT chapter, resulting in 180+ total event attendants in 2 years. I work independently as well in a multidisciplinary team setting to collaborate on tasks and share experiences. Vacation Research Experience Scheme (VRES)

Awarded a position in QUT’s Vacation Research Experience Scheme to design and fabricate 3D-printed pneumatic ports for bio-integrated popliteal artery soft robotics. For 5 months I worked in the Biofabrication & Tissue Morphology (BTM) group, while being supervised by Advance Queensland Research Fellow Dr Mark Allenby. I tested methods and experimental procedures using a variety of 3D printers, materials, CAD and 3D slicer software. Throughout this project I also edited and proofread technical reports, proposals, and standard operating procedures to communicate findings, as well as to ensure project continuation and ease of publication. I presented my findings and research outcomes in a poster conference with 100+ attendants.

In my role at Boost, I had demonstrated my ability to deliver high quality customer service to enhance the public experience, measured by consistent positive feedback I received from management and customers. I worked effectively in a diverse team while always showing initiative to complete tasks in a fast-paced, self-starter environment. This role has enabled me to develop strong teamwork and interpersonal skills through confident and friendly engagement with customers and co-workers, as well as effective work ethic from maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation standards in line with operations manuals and legislation.

STIMulate Peer Learning Facilitator

STIMulate is a walk in and virtual learning environment designed towards QUT students. As a Peer Learning Facilitator I provided academic support and encouragement to students by addressing gaps in engineering, maths and IT knowledge, as well as helping them to develop independent learning strategies. Along with building confidence in the students' strengths, I also collaborated with a team of fellow facilitators to review challenges, share successes and receive feedback.
