      Basic Science Educator (Tenure Track) This track is meant for faculty members whose contributions entail variable combinations of education, research, scholarship, service, and administration, but whose primary contribution is in teaching and administration in the Basic Science Departments and the University of Toledo’s system.       The Quality Management Non Clinical Analyst will be a principle diagnostician of Performance Improvement Data. The Analyst will be involved in organizational and departmental consultative support for process improvement and strategy development in a manner which enhances the quality of care and outcomes experienced by UTMC patients. This professional will also be responsible to conduct industry research on key best practice process improvement initiatives. The Analyst will be instrumental in the Performance Improvement initiatives of the organization and will play a direct role in fulfilling both internal and external data support needs. The Analyst will be involved in various organization specific Performance Improvement initiatives as requested. The Analyst must work well on teams and independently, having strong decision making skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and completion. The Analyst will be a key contributor in positioning UTMC to meet and exceed regulations and guidelines associated with accreditation and reimbursement as outlined by agencies such as Joint Commission and CMS.
