• Manage research and analysis unit that deftly meets the information needs of The Graduate School (TGS) leadership and its constituencies. • Oversee continuous improvement of the TGS data repository, increasing our efficiency when answering new questions or updating regular reports.• Coach TGS staff on data definitions, analytical methods, and use of spreadsheet formulas.• Instituted the creation of a Career Outcomes Tracking System that tracks placements for all TGS graduates and Postdoctoral Fellows. The new system was more user friendly, and enabled programs to create their own reports on graduate placement.• Wrote and administered alumni placement survey, resulting in improved quantitative and qualitative placement information for PhD graduates.• Utilize written procedures, macros and queries to ensure prompt and accurate completion of reports for several associations and government agencies quickly and accurately.• Regularly create new visualizations and reports to address emerging issues such as changing stipend rates or trends in PhD graduate placements.• Produce regular reports for progress review, program review and online data. • Engage with student services, admissions, the Training Grant Support Office (TGSO), and the Registrar’s office to promote consistent procedures that allow better and more reliable reporting.
