Responsible for keeping cGMPs uptodate and ensuring compliance. Responsible for ensuring that feed and food safety programs are reviewed and adhered to. Provide laboratory analytical testing and support services to all plant and office personnel as requested. Utilize proper research methodologies to plan and execute the research activities under the direction of Lab manager and Director of R&D. Responsible for keeping the plant safety SOPs relevant and uptodate. Review assigned plants HACCP program on a semiannual basis and evaluate critical control points (CCP).
