Outside of this, I or one of the NPI engineers in my team also owned the transfer of new features from Product Development into the Manufacturing space (including Supply Chain, Quality, and Assembly).

In addition to this I also performed a broad range of duties when required, including: * Developing new tools and processes in support of Engineering and Printer Manufacturing at Inventia, including the implementation of our inventory management system. * Continuing to own all the electrical engineering relating to our 3D printer and ensured regulatory compliance. * Having oversight of our bioink production and growing the team from one person to three. * Owning the moulding and sterilisation process of our plasticware. * Assisting in financial/accounting work where required, e.g. reconciliation of accounts and process development.
