Sydney, New South Wales, Australia As Manufacturing Lead and DRI for printer production I grew the printer manufacturing team from myself and two engineers (both on loan from Product Development) to eight dedicated personnel over the course of 12 months. Outside of this, I or one of the NPI engineers in my team also owned the transfer of new features from Product Development into the Manufacturing space (including Supply Chain, Quality, and Assembly).

In addition to this I also performed a broad range of duties when required, including: * Developing new tools and processes in support of Engineering and Printer Manufacturing at Inventia, including the implementation of our inventory management system. * Continuing to own all the electrical engineering relating to our 3D printer and ensured regulatory compliance. * Having oversight of our bioink production and growing the team from one person to three. * Owning the moulding and sterilisation process of our plasticware. * Assisting in financial/accounting work where required, e.g. reconciliation of accounts and process development.

As the industrial designer since the inception of Zu Bladeworx, I was been responsible for product design and CAD modelling, working closely with the owner of Zu Bladeworx to create or modify designs in response to new ideas from the designer or feedback from the target market. During this time the company produced upwards of 25 designs, won an Australian Army contract in 2016, and built a strong foundation to win further contracts.
