I can evaluate the high professional level from Willi basically in 3 pilars: Commitment , Ethic , Teamwork. His german education and experience reinforce the solid results on time in the controlling area but never losing his continuous interest and knowledge mainly in Sales/Purchasing /Logistic/Production/Cashflow/Government Laws&taxes benefits/External and internal audits/Intercompanies relationships in order to support the others departments to achieve together the common targets from the Company. In summary , for me was really a pleasure work and learn with Willi and I strongly recommend him for serious companies who needs an expert in the Controlling area to obtain a turnaround with expressive results.
