With as much feedback Will gives to us daily, he also deserves the endorsement. Will has been nothing but extremely supportive. He’s been great on the 1x1 sessions but also makes sure to check in by popping by the desk for 5 minutes here and there to see how things are going. In the best way he supported with his knowledge, coached me by helping me see other perspectives and ways to do things. Even though he doesn’t have the knowledge of my market he’s quickly taken my market expertise into consideration and adapted his recommendations. He makes sure to give you the tools you need for you to then use them without him holding your hand too much. It's that great balance that Will really masters that gives for great results. I would also want to highlight his emotional support. Recruitment can be tough at times and Will has helped with mindset that tremendously. I can't overestimate the impact that working with Will has had on my life, both professionally and personally. We began working together in 2020, in the depths of lockdown, and he was my coach for over 2 years. Over that period he helped me to articulate exactly what I wanted to achieve, and used his experience to guide me in the right direction. He's very empathetic, and took the time to understand who I am and where my starting point was and how to work with me to get the best outcome, and adapted his approach and style to suit me. As a result, I have taken significant steps forwards towards where I want to be in my life and career, and have tools and techniques that he has given me to keep me on track. Equally as importantly, he's also a really lovely guy and great fun to work with; we had a lot of laughs and only occasional tears (mine - doing the work can be very emotional! but Will is always incredibly supportive and makes you feel at ease to be open and vulnerable) Even though we're not officially working together at the moment, he still regularly checks in and offers support and I know he's one of my biggest cheerleaders as I continue on my journey. If you're an ambitious professional looking for an experienced, positive and high impact coach I couldn't recommend Will highly enough.
