P1 facilitates parking in garages and on the streets. In the last few years a lot of the services are digitalized. Online everybody can request a permit, reserve a parking spot, pay a fine or object on a fine. Processing these objections and validating the permit request are more and more automized. All parking data is subsequently collected in a datawarehouse. For these developments I translate the business needs into a development roadmap. For the projects on this roadmap I translate the business needs into requirements and wireframes the developers can work with. As product owner I take part in the Scrum teams to make sure the results match the requirements. Show less

I've investigated in which way a Self-Management Support System (SMSS) can best provide kidney transplant patients with information about their health status, and whether distinctive types of patients should be addressed differently. Goal of this research was to improve the ADMIRE system.
