Will is the kind of team member that we all hope for. Not only is he a skilled programmer, he is also hardworking, determined, and organized. While working with him on Algorithm Analysis, I was often impressed by the insightful comments Will would make regarding problem solutions. Many of his ideas got our team on the path towards the solution. Will was always careful to display respect and consideration for the intelligence and ideas of others. I know that since he has left school, he has continued to hone his skills as a programmer and as a thinker. I would happily work with Will in the future, and I would be very surprised if I did not greatly enjoy the experience.
