I worked with Willander for over 4 years. Willander was a very hard working gentleman. He was always there to help and support those who needed a hand. He was always punctual. He was willing to learn new things and he took all the challenges and new projects with open arms. He was a great team player. When he left the team, he was missed by everyone due to his sociable personality. Most of all, Willander's professionalism and work ethics are impressive. His politeness and humility are admirable. If given a chance, I'd still like to work with Willander in the same team.
