It was a pleasure working with Will during my time at the YMCA. Will is an enthusiastic, personable and driven leader who never failed to put himself in the shoes of those he led. Will had a natural way of leading people in a positive and inclusive style. I would highly recommend Will and know he will undoubtedly always have a positive impact on those in his team!

I have known Will for around 5 years. During this time I worked closely with him in multi site operations roles, where I've seen him lead diverse teams in complex contracts and portfolios. Will has a natural ability to connect with people and a great sense of humour that made many meetings far more enjoyable. Will is an authentic and loyal team member, whose financial acumen and willingness to get involved at all levels, ensured he was able to understand problems and effectively put forward solutions and offer innovative approaches. Will is a capable General Manager, with the added value of a background in risk management. His experience in the Disability sector stands out however he is capable of applying his management skills across many industries, shown in his successful experiences with Recreation and Leisure, Community and Children's Services. Will has a lot to offer and I wish him every future success. I would happily work with Will again and always appreciated his support and loyalty.
