  I am leading on developing a new income strand for commercial hires at Battersea Arts Centre. I manage the budget, lead on sales and delivery of events and rehearsal hires, and work with operations, technical and enterprises teams to develop the business. I also drive revenue and footfall to BAC's cafe and bar operations through programming events, working with the marketing team to promote the space and driving income through other commercial activity. I work with production companies, charities and the general public, ensuring everyone who comes to BAC to put on an event enjoys a calm, professional and enjoyable experience across all departments they encounter. I am also working toward developing a commercial programming strand at BAC.

• Scratch Hub General Manager

  The Scratch Hub was a co-working space based in Battersea Arts Centre. I successfully navigated the space through lockdown, adapting operations to reflect Government and PHE guidance, and maintaining Membership levels of the space. After re-opening, I achieved annual turnovers of >£100k through a combination of successful Membership drives and retainment, and introducing successful new revenue streams including Day Passes and Room Hires - the latter of which lead to a new position, Enterprises Project Manager, expanding the stream to cover the whole building. I managed a team of Hosts, and ensured a calm and productive atmosphere at all times in the workspace. I'm proud to have provided the local community with a safe and calm atmosphere to work away from home during a volatile two-year period.
