After playing lacrosse for Young Harris college my relationship with my coaches there afforded them the opportunity to come coach with me for the Blackhawks organization the following two summers. Duties included not only skill instruction and game management but also communicating with parents. Because of the competitive nature of travel sport, this aspect cannot be understated.
