This job gave me the basic and understanding of teaching English. I taught a wide range of ages from 3yrs to 15 yrs, although the favourite age was 4-7 yrs old. I learnt how to write lesson plans, manage the classroom, make decisions independantly and work as team. After a couple of months I was a trainer for the new staff and was working towards promotion to senior teacher when I made the decision to leave the company to experience a different style of teaching in a public school setting.
